A couple of open cup employee drinks were stored on the preparation tables. [CA] To prevent possible contamination, employees may only drink with covered cup containers and store their drink in designated areas. There is a heavy stain buildup on the janitorial floor sink. [CA] Conduct thorough cleaning on the janitorial sink immediately.

Colander used to filter the tea leaves was stored on the only handwash station located back in the kitchen area. [CA] Keep all utensils on designated areas and dedicate the handwash station for employee's handwashing only.

There are some damaged floor patches near the entrance to the kitchen area and heavy stain on the floor below the cook-line. [CA] Replace the damaged floor patches and conduct a thorough cleaning of the floor area.

There was no paper towel supply on the women's restroom handwash sink. [CA] Refill the wall-mounted paper towel dispenser immediately. Until the wall-mounted paper towel dispenser is refilled, a roll-type paper supply may be used. The person in charge provided a roll-type paper towel (SA).

Some food products on boxes were stored directly on the floor or on milk crate back in the storage areas. [CA] To prevent insect hiding and breading and for easy cleaning of the floor area, please store all food products at least six inches off the floor on approved shelf or dunnage rack.

There is a water leak from the two compartment preparation fridge located in the cook area. [CA] Repair the unit immediately.
