- K30: Food storage: food storage containers identified
Bag of onion was on floor in the back storage area. [CA] Food shall be stored at least 6 inches above the floor to prevent contamination.
- K44: Premises clean, in good repair; Personal/chemical storage; Adequate vermin-proofing
Red Bull was inside the Mochi freezer. [CA] Employee shall not store personal beverage in a freezer with customer food. If wanting to store personal food it shall be in a container to prevent cross contamination.
- K27: Food separated and protected
Carton of eggs were stored above asparagus and Salmon was stored above mangoes. [CA] Follow proper storage guidelines by storing ready to eat food on top shelve and poultry at the bottom shelve. NOTE: Proper refrigeration storage sticker was handed over.

Used wiping towels were left at different locations. [CA] Wiping towels shall be stored in sanitizing solution of an approved concentration when not in use (100 ppm - chlorine, 200 ppm - quaternary ammonium).

A scoop handle was touching flour inside the flour container. [CA] Store scoop handle in such a way that the handle does not come in direct contact with food to prevent contamination. Containers with flour and rice lack common name. [CA] Working containers holding food or food ingredients that are removed from their original packages shall be identified with the common name of the food if not easily recognizable.

Bar spray nozzle has a build up of debris. [CA] Clean spray nozzle regularly to prevent cross contamination.

Soda syrup shelve has a syrup debris on floor. [CA] Clean and sanitize floor under the soda syrup shelving.
