    Dust build up noted on the fan guards of the walk in. [CA] Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be kept free of an accumulation of dust, dirt, food residue, and other debris.

  • K14: Food contact surfaces clean, sanitized

    Sanitizer (quats) within the 3-compartment sink was measured at 0PPM at the time of inspection. No active ware-washing taking place. [CA] Manual sanitization shall be accomplished in the final sanitizing rinse by contacting a chlorine solution of 100 PPM concentration for at least 30 seconds or by contacting a quaternary ammonium solution of 200 PPM concentration for at least 60 seconds. [COS] PIC changed out sanitizer; re-measured at 200PPM.

    Hand wash station in the back of the facility has a soap dispenser that is not mounted. Per PIC, the dispenser came off and has parts to re-mount now. [CA] Re-mount soap dispenser to the wall.

    Hot water valve for hand wash station in the back of the facility is damaged at the time of inspection. [CA] Repair plumbing fixture and maintain in clean and good repair.
