A follow-up inspection will be conducted on 2/17/2026 to verily compliance with all of the cited major violations. Subsequent follow-up inspections after the first shall be billed at $298/hr, one hour minimum, during normal business hours (7:30 AM to 4:30 PM), or $645 for a minimum of 2 hours, during non-business hours and in accordance with the inspectors availability.

    The front drink prep area hand wash sink was non-functional due to a leak from the waste pipe. The rear cook line lacks a supply of paper towels within the dispenser. [CA] All food facilities shall provide an operable handwashing station. Handwashing facilities shall be equipped with handwashing cleanser and single-use sanitary towels in dispensers. [COS] Front hand wash sink repaired to be functional. Paper towels provided outside of the dispenser for the rear hand wash sink.

FOLLOW-UP INSPECTION

On site for follow up inspection. All the hand wash sinks in the facility are available with soap and paper towels. *Ensure to replace the paper towel dispensers for restroom and back kitchen hand wash sink and provide dispensers that are working properly. *Maintain restroom door closed at all times. Do not prop the door open. TPHC marked for boba. There is no fried or cooked food on counter next to fryer at this time. Discussed with employee to ensure PHFs are either maintained on temperature or time control (where time is marked for 4 hours and PHF is either used or discarded at the end of 4 hours). Observed a pest control report from 1/20/25. Manager mentioned he is in process of getting the food manager certificate. All the food handler and food manager certificates shall be available for review upon request during the inspection. Recommend keeping the certificates in a file in the facility.
