    The tile floor in the walk-in refrigerator is missing the grout and has accumulation between the tiles. [CA]Clean and Repair the floor so that water and mildew are not collecting between the tiles.

    Observed used wiping towels on table tops. [CA] The used wiping towels must be in sanitizer between each use.

    The employees in the meat department do not have food handler or FSC. [CA] Each food handler shall maintain a valid food handler card for the duration of his or her employment as food handler. A valid food handler card shall be provided within 30 days of after the date of hire.

    Observed boxes of food outside on the floor for sale display. [CA] Food shall be stored at least 6 inches above the floor to prevent contamination. [COS] The employees took them off of the floor and onto plastic containers.

    Observed an unlabeled spray bottle. [CA] Label all spray bottles with the contents. According to the employee there is floor cleaner in the spray bottle.
