    1. The hot water to the prep sink was turned off. When turned back on water measured at a maximum of 115F. 2. Hot water at the three compartment sink faucet reached a maximum of 115F. [CA] Hot water shall be supplied at a minimum temperature of at least 120°F measured from the faucet throughout facility except at handwash sinks.

    1. The door to the rear storage shed was left open. [CA] Keep door closed at all times to prevent the entrance and harborage of vermin. 2. The storage shed has several pieces of equipment that are no longer required for the operation. [CA] The premises of a food facility shall be free of litter and items that are unnecessary to the operation or maintenance of the facility, such as equipment that is nonfunctional or no longer used.

    Per manager, the pilot light of the charbroiler does not work and is manually lit. [CA] Ensure to maintain equipment in good repair. Note: Manager stated they have a work order in to have the unit repaired.

    Lack of handwashing observed by employee who handled raw beef patties with tongs and hands were in contact with the bag containing the raw patties. Employee proceeded back to the prep line without washing hands. [CA] Employees shall properly wash hands with warm water, soap, and single-use paper towels after handling raw meats and prior to handling ready-to-eat foods. [COS] Employee was stopped and instructed to properly wash hands prior to contaminating food or food contact surfaces.
