    Cold water valve at the 3-compartment sink leaks when turned on. [CA] Repair plumbing fixture and maintain in clean and good repair.

    Sanitizer (chlorine) bucket was measured at 200PPM at the time of inspection. [CA] Wiping towels shall be stored in sanitizing solution of an approved concentration when not in use (100 ppm - chlorine, 200 ppm - quaternary ammonium).

  • K06: Adequate handwash facilities supplied, accessible

    1. Hand wash station in the back prep area is blocked at the time of inspection. [CA] Hand washing facility shall be clean, unobstructed, and accessible at all times. [COS] PIC moved items from the hand wash station. Hand wash is now accessible. 2. Hand wash stations have hand pump soaps and paper towels rolls next to them. [CA] Paper towels shall be stored inside the dispenser to prevent potential contamination. Mounted soap dispensers should be used.

This is the first routine inspection for facility since final inspection (09/13/2024). On site to verify that no changes have been made since final inspection. - No changes have been made since final inspection. No new equipment on site. - Provide the facility with the following decals: - Hand wash, Sanitize, Hot/cold decals.

    Unable to provide test strips for chlorine at the time of inspection. [CA] Testing equipment and materials shall be provided to adequately measure the applicable sanitation method used during manual or mechanical ware-washing.

  • K09: Proper cooling methods

    Sausage within the walk in was fully covered with plastic at the time of inspection. [CA] When cooling PHF's, food may be left uncovered or loosely covered to allow rapid cooling.
