    The walk-in refrigerator's thermometer was not functioning. [CA] Repair thermometer.

  • K41: Plumbing approved, installed, in good repair; proper backflow devices

    1) Observed drain pipe extended into floor sink to the right of the cooking equipment. [CA] Maintain a minimum one inch air gap between the drain pipe and the floor sink. 2) Observed the faucet at the handwash sink was loose. [CA] Repair faucet.

  • K35: Equipment, utensils: Approved, in good repair, adequate capacity

    Measured the ambient temperature of the walk-in refrigerator to be 45F (a metal probe thermometer was left inside for 30 minutes while the door was kept closed). [CA] Repair refrigerator so that it can keep potentially hazardous foods at 41F and below (shell eggs and sealed unopened dairy products can be 45F or below). Note: No potentially hazardous foods were stored inside the walk-in refrigerator besides shell eggs and unopened sealed cheeses, which measured at 45F.
