This is a follow up inspection to verify that all major violations mentioned on 7/23/25 inspection report have been addressed. Major violations have been addressed and found within compliance: - K07: Proper hot and cold holding temperatures. Facility has decided to remove reach in refrigeration from the facility. Reach in has been removed. If facility decides to add an additional refrigeration; must be like for like. - K08: Time as a public health control; procedures & records. Facility has TPHC form posted in the front of the facility and is time marking all food with stickers. Continue on time marking food items. - K14: Food contact surfaces clean, sanitized. Scoops have been placed on ice and will be changed out within 3-hours of use. Continue on working on any other violations mentioned on 7/23/25.

Two or more major violations were cited during the routine inspection. A follow-up inspection will be conducted to verify compliance with all of the cited major violations. Subsequent follow-up inspections after the first shall be billed at $298/hour, one hour minimum, during normal business hours (7:30 AM to 4:30 PM), or $645 for a minimum of 2 hours, during non-business hours and in accordance with the inspector's availability.
