ROUTINE INSPECTION

This is the first routine inspection that has been conducted at the facility since final inspection (3/26/26). On site to verify that no changes have been made since final inspection: - All equipment on site is per plans submitted into the department.

  • K39: Thermometers provided, accurate

    Unable to provide a food probe thermometer at the time of inspection. [CA] An accurate easily readable metal probe thermometer (accurate to +/- 2°F) that is designed to measure the temperature of thin masses shall be provided and readily available to accurately measure the temperatures of potentially hazardous foods.

  • K41: Plumbing approved, installed, in good repair; proper backflow devices

    One of the plumbing fixtures is leaking at the time of inspection. Per PIC, they have reported the issue. [CA] Repair plumbing fixture and maintain in clean and good repair.

  • K14: Food contact surfaces clean, sanitized

    Sanitizer within the 3-compartment sink was measured at 0PPM at the time of inspection. No active ware-washing. [CA] Maintain chemical solution for manual warewashing at 100 ppm (1Tbs of bleach (5.25%)/gal of water) for chlorine and 200 ppm (1 tbs of quaternary ammonium (10%)/2 gal of water) for quaternary ammonium.

  • K34: Warewash facilities: installed/maintained; test strips

    Unable to provide test strips for quats at the time of inspection. [CA] Testing equipment and materials shall be provided to adequately measure the applicable sanitation method used during manual or mechanical ware-washing.

  • K23: No rodents, insects, birds, or animals

    Flies noted in the back of the facility around the ice machine and floor drain next to it. [CA] Food facility shall be kept free of non-disease carrying insects, weevils, ants, gnats, and fruit flies.

  • K06: Adequate handwash facilities supplied, accessible

    Hand wash station in the back of the facility was missing paper towels inside of dispenser at the time of inspection. [CA] Hand wash stations must always be fully stocked and operational at all times. [COS] PIC added paper towels into dispenser.

  • K01: Demonstration of knowledge; food safety certification

    Unable to provide food handler cards and food manager certification at the time of inspection. [CA] Obtain a food manager certification within 60-days and food handler cards within 30-days. Keep records on site.
