    Observed some holes in the walls. Shown to the employee. [CA] Cover the holes in the walls.

    Observed rodent droppings next to the far corner window on the frame as shown to the employee. [CA] Thoroughly clean up and sanitize the area. [COS] The employee cleaned during inspection. Take effective measures to eliminate any rodents from inside the facility. Store all food and beverage off of the floor and protect food from contamination. According to the employee and manager there was a mouse last month and no longer seen any activity. Continue to place glue boards etc to monitor activity.
