    In the downstairs storage room, observed an unapproved flooring installed. [CA] Ensure an approved flooring is installed in areas with food storage. Floors shall be smooth, durable, an easily cleanable.

  • K41: Plumbing approved, installed, in good repair; proper backflow devices

    At the bar area, observed drain pipes extending into the floor sink, and a flexible pipe draining onto the floor. [CA] Ensure wastewater properly disposed. All drain pipes shall be installed with a 1 inch air gap between the top of the floor sink and the bottom of the pipe.
