There was very low sanitizer concentration on one of the sanitizer buckets. [CA] Maintain the sanitizer concentration on the sanitizer buckets at 200 ppm quaternary ammonia. 100 ppm chlorine (bleach), 272 ppm -700 ppm lactic acid levels.

FOLLOW-UP INSPECTION

Note: This is a follow-up inspection to the routine inspection that was conducted on 08/14/2024. The Deli/Bakery of the store was issued a conditional pass for failing to proved soap and paper towel supply on the handwash station and for improper holding temperature of the hot potentially hazardous foods on the deli's hot case. During today's follow-up inspection, soap and paper towel supplies on all handwash stations were observed to be supplied, and temperature of hot food products stored on the hot case were all measured above 145 oF. Therefore, the facility is issued a pass green placard. However, the above repeated violation must be corrected immediately.
