    Measured lassi at 45F in front beverage refrigerator at front. Per PIC, it was kept outside to pour into glasses. Measured milk in single door refrigerator at 42-45F, per PIC, the milk gallons are delivered recently. [CA] PHFs shall be held at 41°F or below. [COS] PIC lowered the temperature for all the units to rapidly cool PHFs. Temperature for both refrigerator measured around 42-45F towards end of inspection.

    Observed medication stored above first aid box directly above ready to eat food. [CA] Personal care items (medication/vitamins) shall bear a legible manufacturer's label and stored in a designated storage area for personal items. [COS] PIC moved the food away from first aid box.

Observed multiple boxes with equipment stored on directly on floor in hallway going towards restrooms and in storage room. [CA] Store equipment 6 inches above the floor for regular cleaning. Accumulation of black grime on wall behind three compartment sink. [CA] Walls and/or floors in food preparation area shall be kept clean.

[CA] When time only, rather than time and temperature is used as a public health control, PHFs shall be time marked to indicate when item is removed from temperature control, discarded if not consumed or served within 4 hours, and written procedures shall be readily available for review. [COS] PIC marked the time for dosa batter.
