ROUTINE INSPECTION
The interior of the undercounter ice machine has an accumulation of biological growth on the back panel. [CA] Ensure to maintain the ice machine clean. Per PIC, they had the ice machine cleaned a couple of weeks ago.
ROUTINE INSPECTION
Note: - Observed a solid fuel grill on the sidewalk that was still hot. Ensure to maintain the outdoor grill separated from public access to prevent food contamination or injury to the public by using ropes or other approved methods.
Water at the three compartment sink in the kitchen measured at a maximum of 115°F. [CA] Hot water shall be supplied at a minimum temperature of at least 120°F measured from the faucet throughout facility except at handwash sinks.
