    Bar handwash sink was slow draining. [CA] Ensure handwash sink is properly draining and in good repair.

Per cook, PHFs were recently prepped and placed in unit. [CA] Discontinue use of residential reach-in refrigerator for PHFs. Replace with commercial refrigerator. [COS] PIC had staff move the PHFs to the walk-in cooler to rapidly cool.
