ROUTINE INSPECTION

Facility has went through renovation of the front end and the facility has changed DBA to Hashtag India. The menu has changed slightly however no new equipments are needed to support new menu. Observed some equipments replaced with new like-for-like. Facility anticipate to re-open on 10/09/2025. Ensure refrigeration units are at 41 degrees Fahrenheit or below. Ensure soap and paper towels are provided at all handwash stations. A routine inspection will be conducted a week after re-opening.
