No evidence of vermin observed at the time of inspection. The break room sink and means restroom urinal have been cleared to be free flowing.
ROUTINE INSPECTION
A follow up inspection will be conducted on 4/30/2025. The first follow-up inspection is free of charge. Subsequent follow up inspections after first follow up shall be billed $298/hr during business hours and $645/hr during non business hours upon availability. Failure to comply may result in enforcement action.
Observed a hole in the wall behind the wire tubes at the electric panel area. [CA] Repair holes in structure and maintain in good repair to prevent pest harborage.
Observed 2 dead rodents on snap traps in the back of house area. Reviewed pest control service reports. Traps were set on 2/03/2025. [CA] The premises of each food facility shall be kept free of vermin. Discard of traps once used. All contaminated surfaces shall be cleaned and sanitized; and contributing factors such as cleaning, repairs, and the elimination of harborages shall be resolved. [COS] Dead rodents were discarded at the time of inspection. Observed old rodent droppings below a storage rack in the warehouse and at the far corner adjacent to the trash compactor. No rodent droppings observed on food or food contact surfaces. [CA] Clean and sanitize area of dead cockroaches or old droppings. A follow-up inspection will be conducted on 4/30/2025. Further enforcement actions will be forthcoming if evidence of vermin is observed during the follow-up inspection.
The breakroom hand wash sink is slow draining. [CA] Clear drain so that it is free flowing. The mens restroom urinal is out of order due to an overflow. Area self closed prior to inspection. [CA] Provide operable toilet facilities and maintain in clean and good repair.
