Follow up inspection to the routine inspection conducted on 10/2/2024 The following violations have been addressed : K07- Proper hot and cold holding temperatures k23- No rodents, insects, birds, or animals Left Upright refrigerator adjacent to the walk in refrigerator has been serviced. PHFs measured at proper holding temperature. Walk in refrigerator has been repaired. Ambient temperature was measured at 38F. Facility is still monitoring cockroach activity, no live activity was observed.

Held inside left upright refrigerator measured between 45F and 48F : Shredded cheese, Cream cheese, Yogurt, milk. Ambient temperature inside the walk in measured at 51F. Per kitchen manager, both refrigeration units are not capable of maintaining the temperature at 41F or below during working hours. [CA] PHFs shall be held at 41°F or below or at 135°F or above. [COS] Kitchen manager relocated all PHFs to a different refrigerator temporarily while both refrigeration units are getting repaired.
