This is a follow up inspection for the inspection conducted on 11/27/2024. Observations: K06: All handwash stations are in proper working order. K23: One cockroach was found on the wall and was killed by the operator. No other evidence of a cockroach infestation was observed. Several sticky traps were observed to be free of cockroaches. Per Jasper they had service on 11/25/2024 and are having another service on 12/04/2024. Continue to correct pending violations. Okay to operate.
