ROUTINE INSPECTION
Notes: - A follow up inspection will take place within 48 hours hours to correct violations K21 and K22.The first follow up inspection is free of charge. Any and all subsequent follow up inspections shall be charged at the approved hourly rate of $298.00/hr, minimum of one hour, during normal business hours: Monday through Friday 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, and $645 for a minimum of two hours, during non-business hours, and upon inspector availability. - Reviewed most recent pest control. Report stated no activity was observed inside the facility with light feeding observed at outdoor bait traps. No evidence of vermin observed in the facility. Continue to provide pest control as necessary to prevent entrance and harborage of vermin.

The janitorial sink is clogged and does not drain. [CA] Liquid waste shall be disposed of through the approved plumbing system and shall discharge into the public sewerage or into an approved private sewage disposal system. [SA] Facility to dispose of liquid waste through toilets until mop sink is functioning properly. Correct within 48 hours.

Facility lacks hot water at every plumbing fixture. The water heater indicator light was blinking and was not on. [CA] An approved, adequate, protected, pressurized, potable supply of hot water and cold water shall be provided. [SA] Facility has no open foods. Correct within 48 hours.

Under salesfloor aisles there are numerous amount of products and dust. [CA] Ensure to maintain the floors, walls, and ceilings of the facility clean and in good repair.
