    Observed accumulation of pink and yellow mold like substance on inside panel of ice machine from the top opening space. It is not coming in contact with ice at this time. [CA] Clean and sanitize the ice machine.

    Measured sliced tomatoes at 51F in under counter refrigerator, and sliced tomatoes at 53F in top prep unit of the same refrigerator. Ambient temperature of the unit measured at 55F. [CA] PHFs shall be maintained at 41F or below. [COS] PIC moved the tomatoes from under counter refrigerator to walk in cooler to cool. PIC replugged the unit and mentioned there might have been an issue with voltage. Towards the end of the inspection, refrigerator unit starting cooling down and ambient temperature measured at 43F.
