Spoke with PIC Talia and confirmed that the facility cooks and cools down several items including but not limited to: mac and cheese, pasta, chicken tikka with rice, and several chicken dishes. Food items are also packaged and delivered to multiple schools. Specialist to evaluate current permit category. Due to the facility's scope of food processes, facility's current permit may be upgraded to FP23.
