Manager stated that further repair is needed, unit is not being used for PHF's. Email inspector a picture of the ambient temperature once the unit has been repaired. The hand wash sink within the warewashing area has been repaired to provide hot and cold water. Provide a hot water supply at the hand wash sink within the restroom. No rodent droppings observed within the front coffee preparation area. Continue to work on repairing the three compartment sink faucet mixing valve.

The rear door to the dry storage warehouse left open. [CA] Keep back door closed at all times to prevent the entrance and harborage of vermin.
