Observed accumulation of dust in the vents nearby the food storage/hot holding areas. [CA] Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be kept free of an accumulation of dust, dirt, food residue, and other debris.
Observed propane tank connected to standing burner inside the kitchen. [CA] The use and storage of propane tanks are prohibited inside the food facility.
