Major violations have been addressed and found within compliance: - K06: Adequate hand wash facilities supplied, accessible. Soap dispenser has been changed out for a new one and fully stocked. - K07: Proper hot and cold holding temperatures. Facility is not using prep table and will be getting new prep refrigeration unit. - K14: Food contact surfaces clean, sanitized. No washing of dishes noted at the time of inspection. Keep sanitizer at 100PPM if chlorine and 200PPM if quats. - K23: No rodents, insects, birds, or animals. No evidence of vermin within the facility at the time of inspection. Continue to monitor and notify pest control if any issues arise. - Provided the following decals and went over them: Hand wash, wash/rinse/sanitize, and hot/cold holding. [COS] PIC will time time track the parathas for 4 hours from when it was taken out of temperature control.
