Follow up inspection due major vermin, temperature, and HACCP violations. Upon inspection: No cockroaches observed at time of inspection. Per report emergency pest control was conducted last night. Per operator, he has not seen signs of cockroach activity. No foods observed to be under ROP at time of inspection. Per operator, he is currently working on SOPs to submit to this Agency for approval to use ROP for PHF under 48 hours. Obtain approval prior to use. Half and half and juice in reach in cooler measured to be 41F Major violations have been corrected. Continue to correct other violations from routine inspection report.

Email was sent to operator with information regarding submitting to state and requirements for ROP.
