[CA] The placard shall not be defaced, marred, or camouflaged. The placard shall be posted and clearly visible to the general public and patrons entering the food establishment. The operator may be subject to penalty for covering the placard. Re-inspection checklist for re-opening and pest control invoices collected. no evidence of vermin infestation at time of re-inspection.
