    Observed hand wash stations at the front counter and inside the kitchen with heavy accumulation of grime. [CA] Handwashing facility shall be clean, unobstructed, and accessible at all times.

    Employee's half eaten food observed stored on food preparation table. [CA] No employee shall eat or drink in the food prep, food contact storage, or food storage areas, use designated area.

    Two bowls of raw shelled eggs, about a dozen eggs, maintained out in ambient temperature measured at 78F. Employee stated that eggs have been out for an approximately 2 to 3 hours. Two plastic containers of raw marinated pork maintained on the bottom of the food preparation table measured at 64F. Employee stated that the meat was defrosted in the morning and was maintained out during the lunch rush. [CA] PHFs shall be held at 41°F or below or at 135°F or above. [COS] Raw shelled eggs were VC&D. Container of raw pork was placed inside the upright refrigerator to immediately cool. ** Discussed with manager regarding maintaining raw pork and eggs inside the food preparation refrigerator.
