The manager is told to either code the food products to be used within the next three hours or rapid the product inside the walk-in freezer. The cold food products were stored on ice bath while the boba bean was time-coded to be used within the next three hours (SA).

Both employees were told to discard food products touched before washing hand and wash hand before continue on the specific tasks (COS).
