ROUTINE INSPECTION

Food is received prepackaged from Choice Lunch. The food are subject to Time as a Public where the time and temperature are recorded upon receipt along with the discard time. At time of inspection, logs showed that food were received at 8:49 AM with hot foods measured at 146F, and cold foods measured at 40F. There food are time-marked to be discarded if not served by 12:49 PM.

Food is received prepackaged from Choice Lunch. The food are subject to Time as a Public Health Control where the time and temperature are recorded upon receipt along with the discard time. At time of inspection, documents showed that foods were received at 10:48 AM with the hot foods measured at 147F; cold foods measured at 40F. The food were time-marked to be discarded if not served by 2:48 PM.

ROUTINE INSPECTION

Food is received prepackaged from Choice Lunch. The foods are subject to Time as a Public Health Control where they are time-marked upon receiving and discarded if not served within 4 hours. At time of inspection, logs was observed that showed the food was received at 10:50 AM, and measured temperature of 40F. The food were time-marked to be discarded by 2:50 PM.

ROUTINE INSPECTION

NOTE: All food is prepackaged and under TPHC. TPHC logs stated food was delivered at 10:13AM and shall be discarded at 2:13PM. Recommend school keeps a copy of TPHC logs in records.
