Placard has been removed from its original location and hidden in the back area. [CA] The placard shall be posted and clearly visible to the general public and patrons entering the food establishment.
- K07: Proper hot and cold holding temperatures
Prep table in front of the cook line had PHFs within unit measured between 48-49*F at the time of inspection. [CA] PHFs shall be held at 41°F or below or at 135°F or above.
- K05: Hands clean, properly washed; gloves used properly
Latex gloves are being used within the facility at the time of inspection. [CA] Remove latex gloves from the facility and only use Nitrile/Vinyl gloves. Some people are allergic to latex gloves.
- K41: Plumbing approved, installed, in good repair; proper backflow devices
Air gap is missing for prep sink within dry storage prep room. [CA] All equipment that discharges liquid waste shall be drained by means of indirect waste pipes, and all wastes drained by them shall discharge through an airgap into a floor sink or other approved type of receptor.

A consumer advisory is missing on the new menu that has been created for the facility. Menu must be specific on what food items require the consumer advisory (*). [CA] Provide consumer warning for the sale of raw or undercooked animal-derived foods. REPEAT VIOLATION. Failure to comply may result in enforcement action.
