Repeated violation: There was no time/temperature log for/on the boba beans stored at room temperature. The owner said she know what time she boiled it and what time it shall be discarded without any time monitoring mechanism. [CA] Any food product stored outside the safe temperature zone (room temperature) must be monitored using time/temperature log.
