Damaged floor tiles noted within the walk in freezer and around the back door entrance. [CA] Replace broken floor tiles with a smooth and of durable construction and nonabsorbent material that is easily cleanable.

ROUTINE INSPECTION
One of the lights within the hood system is not operational at the time of inspection. Per PIC, they have contacted a contractor and are waiting for a response. [CA] Repair the light within the hood system.
Mold like substance growing on the silicon around the prep sink. [CA] Remove old caulking and add fresh silicon.
Spray nozzle at the prep sink starts to leak when water line is turned on. [CA] Repair plumbing fixture and maintain in clean and good repair.
