Employee observed swiping the floor and then going to put on gloves, did not wash hand before putting on gloves. [CA] Properly wash hands with soap, warm water and dry using single use paper towels as required prior to putting on gloves. [COS] Employee was instructed by specialist to wash hand before switching tasks and putting on gloves.
