The serving area hand wash sink hot water heater is non-functional. Measured the hot water supply at a maximum of 72 F. [CA] Repair hot water heater. Handwashing facilities shall be equipped to provide minimum 100°F water under pressure for a minimum of 15 seconds.
ROUTINE INSPECTION
Lunch service from 11:55am - 12:15pm. - No cooking on site. All food items comes prepackaged. - Remaining hot PHFs are discarded at end of each service. - Facility receives food from JLS PAUSD Central Kitchen facility daily. **Facility shall retain invoice coming from school district** Note: Water temperature at hand wash station near service area is holding a 70F. Observed water heater turned off. All food items come prepackaged.

Note: New site manager has taken the food safety manager course. Certificate shall be available for review during future routine inspections.
Facility washes apples within the hand wash sink. Location lacks a dedicated food preparation sink or warewashing sink. [CA] The hand wash sink shall not be used for food preparation/ fruit washing. Fruit shall be washed at the central kitchen food preparation sink prior to delivery.
