ROUTINE INSPECTION
This is the first routine inspection since the final inspection that was conducted on (1/21/26). On site to verify if any changes have been done since last final inspection: - All equipment on site is per plans. No changes have been made since final inspection. - Permit category for the facility will be changed from a FP12 Food prep/food service operations 6-25 employees risk cat 1 to FP13 FOOD PREP / FOOD SERVICE OPERATION 6-25 EMPLOYEES RISK CAT 2 $1,453.00 Facility does food prep on site by making sandwiches. New permit fees will be charged in next bill cycle. - The following decals were provided to the facility and went over them: Cold holding, hand wash, and cleaning/sanitizing (wash, rinse, sanitize).

Sanitizer within the 3-Compartment sink was measured at 0PPM at the time of inspection. [CA] Maintain chemical solution for manual warewashing at 100 ppm (1Tbs of bleach (5.25%)/gal of water) for chlorine and 200 ppm (1 tbs of quaternary ammonium (10%)/2 gal of water) for quaternary ammonium. [COS] PIC changed out water within the compartments and added chlorine; re-measured at 100PPM.

Walk in freezer has a leak inside of the unit. No food within unit noted at the time of inspection. [CA] Equipment and utensils shall be designed and constructed to be durable and retain characteristic qualities under normal use conditions. Make repairs.
- K06: Adequate handwash facilities supplied, accessible
Hand wash station next to prep table is missing paper towels inside of dispenser at the time of inspection. [CA] Hand wash stations must be fully stocked at all times. [COS] PIC added paper towels inside of dispenser.
