Food safety certificate not available for review. [CA] Food facilities that prepare, handle, or serve non-prepackaged potentially hazard foods shall have a valid Food Safety Certificate available for review at all times.
- K23: No rodents, insects, birds, or animals
Dead cockroaches within a unused plastic container at the basement area. No additional activity observed during the inspection. [CA] Clean and sanitize area of dead cockroaches.
- K07: Proper hot and cold holding temperatures
Measured cut cheese at 47 F within a double stack container at the top portion of the food preparation fridge. [CA] PHFs shall be held at 41°F or below or at 135°F or above. Discontinue the practice of double stacking containers within the top portion of the preparation fridge. [COS] Cheese relocated to the rear in portion of the prep fridge to be cooled to and held at 41 F or below.
