2. In the kitchen area raw ducks were found hanging above the mop sink. Per staff they had been out for about 2 hours.
3. In the kitchen area cooked roast ducks were found hanging next to the raw ducks and measured between 102-109F. Per staff they had been cooked about 1 hour prior.
