Routine inspection conducted in conjunction with CO0157853.

  • K14: Food contact surfaces clean, sanitized

    Measured the maximum water temperature in the high temperature dishwasher at 149.9-152°F. No active warewashing at time of inspection. Per PIC, facility is aware of the issue and has submitted a ticket for repairs. Facility is currently utilizing 3-compartment sink for sanitization. [CA] Mechanical sanitization shall be accomplished in the final sanitizing rinse by achieving a utensil surface temperature of 160°F, or as per manufacturer's specifications.

  • K41: Plumbing approved, installed, in good repair; proper backflow devices

    Observed leak at the hot water knob at the janitorial sink whenever it is turned on. [CA] Repair hot water knob. Plumbing fixtures shall be maintained in good repair.

  • K06: Adequate handwash facilities supplied, accessible

    At the only handwash sink, observed paper towels are not properly stored in closed dispenser and are exposed to contamination. The dispenser appears to be broken. [CA] Repair paper towel dispenser. Handwash stations shall be fully stocked and accessible at all times.

  • K44: Premises clean, in good repair; Personal/chemical storage; Adequate vermin-proofing

    1. Observed employee personal belongings stored on food storage shelves. [CA] Employee personal belongings shall be stored in designated areas for employee storage. 2. Observed gap in the ceiling due to misaligned panel above the ice machine. [CA] Seal all gaps. The facility shall be fully enclosed to prevent pest entrance and harborage.
