Provided and discussed TPHC form for boba. Ensure copies of food safety certificates/food handler cards are stored together at the facility for review. Employees must have easy access to sanitizer test strips at all times. Due to technical difficulties, report will be emailed to the facility.

    Per PIC, Time as a Public Health Control (TPHC) is used for the honey boba. However, no time-marking was observed. PIC stated boba was made at 11am today (approximately 3 hours prior). [CA] When using TPHC, food must be IMMEDIATELY time-labeled to be discarded within 4 hours. [SA] PIC printed a label for the boba to be discarded by 3pm today. ______ Minor violation: No written procedures for TPHC were available upon request.
