    Clean utensils are stored directly underneath paper towel dispenser for handwash sink where they are exposed to splash from handwashing. [CA] Properly store utensils and equipment in a clean and sanitary manner in a clean, dry location where they are not exposed to splash, dust, or other contamination.

  • K27: Food separated and protected

    Grapes were stored on drainboard of three compartment sink. Grapes appeared to be washed at three compartment sink. [CA] All food shall be separated and protected from cross-contamination. Store food away from areas where they are exposed to handwash splash. Food preparation shall only occur in approved areas.
