Back door was left open. [Corrective Action] Ensure back door is kept closed when not actively entering or exiting.

Student helper came in and immediately donned gloves. Student helper was reminded to properly wash hands before donning glove. [Corrective Action] Ensure hands are properly washed before donning gloves.

Observed student helpers donning gloves without first washing hands. [Corrective Action] Ensure hands are properly washed before donning gloves.

Observed a 2 door upright hot holding unit. Per PIC, the unit is new and will be used to re-heat foods. [Corrective Action] Unit has not been approved by this department. Ensure to submit plans for new equipment.
