    Observed student helper wash hands then blow nose into tissue paper and begin to proceed to the check-out window. Student was stopped and asked to re-wash hands. [Corrective Action] Ensure hands are washed after blowing nose or touching any part of the body.

    1. The hot holding chest #1 is not working. Per PIC, there was a smoke smell coming from the unit. [Corrective Action] Ensure refrigeration unit is properly functioning. 2. Observed a 2 door upright hot holding unit. Per PIC, the unit is new and will be used to re-heat foods. [Corrective Action] Unit has not been approved by this department. Ensure to submit plans for new equipment.
