Broken mop rack observed. [CA] After use, mops shall be placed in a position that allows them to air-dry without soiling walls, equipment, or supplies. Replace mop rack and maintain in good condition.
ROUTINE INSPECTION
According to the manager the drains were not going down properly so the store didi not open on time. The store opened after the plumber came in and cleared the drains. During inspection the drains were all working properly and the floors were dry.
The paper towel dispenser is empty and a roll is next to the hand sink. [CA] Refill the paper towel dispenser.
