ROUTINE INSPECTION

Upon arrival to facility, observed facility name is now called Frank & Furter's. Contacted owner (Dat) by phone. Per Dat, the owner is still the same, the facility name is changed. Requested sales tax license to verify. Owner stated that he will email sales tax license by Monday. PIC informed inspector that facility was closed due to power outage for last 3 days. Food items were discarded. Some food was delivered this morning. There will be another delivery this afternoon. No active warewash observed. Bleach available.
