    Bulk dry food products stored in the dry storage hallway area. Area lacks approved floors and ceilings. [CA] Food or food related equipment shall be stored in approved locations. The floor and ceiling surfaces shall be smooth, of durable construction, and of nonabsorbent material that is easily cleanable. Limit hallway area for the storage of commercially sealed products in their original containers only. Relocate food items into the kitchen once opened.
