Mop sink is leaking at the time of inspection. [CA] Repair plumbing fixture and maintain in clean and good repair.
Mens restroom hand wash station is missing soap at the time of inspection. [CA] Replace soap dispenser within the restroom.
FOLLOW-UP INSPECTION
This is a follow up inspection to verify that all major violations mentioned on 7/7/25 have been addressed. Major violations have been addressed and found within compliance: - K21: Hot and cold water available. Hot water heater has been restored. Adjust water heater properly to meat minimum requirements in mop sink. Continue on working on all other violations mentioned on 7/7/25

Hot water heater within the facility is not operational at the time of inspection. Per PIC, they have submitted a ticket to have the issue addressed. [CA] Ensure hot water heater is operable and maintained in good repair at all times. [SA] Facility only has prepackaged food and no food preparation takes place. REPEAT VIOLATION. Failure to comply may result in enforcement action.
