    The only hadnwash in back preparation area did not have paper towels. [CA] Single-use sanitary towels shall be provided in dispensers at all times during operation. [COS] PIC replaced paper towels.

    Milk on counter measured 52F and oatmilk on counter measured 53F. Per PIC, the milks had been out for a minimum of 30 minutes, no more than one hour. [CA] PHFs shall be held at 41°F or below or at 135°F or above. [COS] Milks were placed back into under counter refrigeration to cool down.
