    Observed three different customers walking around the facility with pet dogs. One customer with dog inside cart. [CA] No live animals may be allowed in a food facility, except in the following situations; decorative fish or shellfish in aquarium, animals intended for consumption if kept separated from other food and food contact surfaces, dogs under the control of on-duty uniformed law enforcement or private patrol, outdoor dining areas, and service animals.

    Observed build up of debris on floors, especially underneath storage racks inside the walk-in refrigerators and freezers. [CA] Regularly clean under equipment to prevent accumulation of debris.

    Observed 4 containers of a FDA recalled product still offered for sale. Manager stated that their system shows no inventory on hand. [CA] Food is adulterated if it bears or contains any poisonous or deleterious substance that may render it impure or injurious to health and shall be discarded immediately. [COS] Items were removed from sales floor and destroyed. Observed 2-3 hermetically sealed cans of food items dented at the seams. [CA] Bloated, leaking, or cans that are damaged at the hermetically sealed seams shall be discarded immediately. [COS] Food safety manager removed dented cans from sales floor.

    Hand wash station at the meat department room lacked paper towels. [CA] Handwashing facilities shall be equipped with handwashing cleanser and single-use sanitary towels in dispensers. Towels and hand soap shall be readily available and easily accessible at all times.

    Water in the men's restroom in the back area measured at 77F. Water at the hand wash station in meat department area measured at 113F. [CA] Handwashing facilities equipped with a mixing valve that is not readily adjustable at the faucet, shall provide warm water at least 100°F, but not greater than 108°F.
